Terms and Conditions
This Property is Privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injury to guests, loss of money, jewelry, valuables or personal property of any kind.
Any violation of any policy, terms or conditions will be grounds for ejection from this property with without any kind ok refund.
This property includes natural areas, uneven ground, open flames, swift water and steep river banks. Guests must enjoy this property at their own risk.
Minor children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the pool area without their responsible adult.
Office hours are from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm:
In the event someone has issues such as locking yourself out of your room after hours ring the office doorbell once for assistance. We live on site and may be available.
If checking out before office hours guests who are checking-out on their scheduled date may drop their key in the slot in the office door.
If checking-out before your scheduled date we must be notified by 11:00am. for any possible refunds but refunds are not guaranteed without 48 hours notice.
Check-in time is from 2:00pm. until 10:00pm. (14:00Hrs.-22:00Hrs.)
Check-out is 11:00am.
Valid identification and credit card are required at check-in:
Legal Identification corresponding with a valid credit card must be presented upon check-in. Reloadable type cards (ie: gift and tax refund cards) are not accepted. Any card may be preauthorized at any time.
All occupants of any room or cabin must be accounted for:
Any occupant not set forth at the time of check-in and not accounted for before leaving may put the booker in violation of state statute 14-110 (defrauding an innkeeper). Extra guests (If allowed by occupancy limits) must be paid for. All guests must be listed so we can accurately inform first responders in case of natural disaster or emergencies.
Pets are not allowed:
Service dogs are allowed in motel rooms per A.D.A. regulations but must be well behaved and not aggressive toward guests or other animals. Handlers are responsible for pet related damages including "toileting" mishaps per A.D.A. regulations. Per A.D.A. regulations as a safety precaution to protect our guests, our family and future service dogs valid up to date vaccination records are required at check-in for all service dogs.
Smoking is NOT allowed in any rooms or cabin:
Smoking or used, burned, extinguished, smoking material or paraphernalia including vapes is not allowed in any indoor space including but not limited to motel rooms, cabin, offices, garages, laundry, storage and utility rooms. Smoking, or used, burned, extinguished smoking material or paraphernalia including vapes in any of these indoor spaces is grounds for immediate ejection from the property without any refund of kind and is cause for a smoke abatement fee of $250.00. Smokers are expected to be considerate of nonsmoking guests.
Cancellation policies:
ROOMS: Cancellation free of fees may be made until 48 hours before scheduled arrival. When cancellation is within 48 hours of arrival fees equal to the first night will be charged. In the instance of a no-show fees equal to the first night will be charged and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.
CABIN: We charge the full price of any cabin reservation at the time of booking. Cancellation free of charges may be made until 30 days before arrival and a refund will be processed. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire cost of the reservation.
GROUPS: Groups may cancel until 30 days prior to arrival without fees. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be responsible for the entire price of the reservation. Modifications within 30 days of arrival such as check in and check out dates must be approved by Two Rivers Lodge. Modification to number of rooms (ie, individuals wanting to cancel) within 30 days of arrival will be subject to cancellation fees ranging from one night to the entire price for that room which will be determined by Two Rivers lodge.
Alcoholic beverages:
Adult beverages are permitted as long as those partaking maintain a respectful and responsible demeanor. Anyone exhibiting drunken behavior will be removed from the property with no refund of any kind. This is a family oriented business. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
Minimum age required 25:
The person responsible for the reservation and room must be at least 25 years of age.
Locals Are Not Allowed On The Property:
Persons who live within 45 miles of this property are not allowed on this property without the property owner's express advance permission.
Security & Surveillance:
We live on site and as owners reserve the right to maintain surveillance and security.
Registered guests only:
Visitors to the grounds and pool are not allowed without advance express permission from the property owners.
OTHER:
Illegal control substances of any kind are not allowed and not tolerated on this property. Possession of such will result in ejection from this property with out any kind of refund and law enforcement will be involved.
Pool hours during season are 9:00am. to 9:00pm.
Quiet time is from 9:00pm. to 9:00am.
No kayaks, or bicycles allowed in rooms.
Guest bicycles, scooters, skateboards and skates may not be ridden on this property.
Please do not bring outdoor or natural items such as river rocks and driftwood ect. into the room they may contain fungus or pests.
No cooking of any kind allowed in the motel rooms. No camp stoves, gas stoves, electric stoves, Sterno stoves, skillets, ovens, air fryers, Insta-pots or auxiliary heaters of any kind allowed in rooms.
